St. Landry Parish Sheriff asks for help locating an escaped inmate

Sheriff Bobby J. Guidroz is asking for the public’s assistance in locating an escaped inmate. An inmate, Raymond Latrelle Howard, 33, of Opelousas, kicked out a window in the transport van while stopped at a red light. According to St. Landry Parish Sheriff Bobby Guidroz, Just after 12 p.m.
