News Release St. Landry Parish Animal Control is over capacity due to high intakes of homeless and displaced animals. Shelters throughout the state are facing similar issues due to increased owners surrenders from challenges with housing and access to care, as well as a growing need for spay/neuter.
Vibrant Nails & Spa located at 143 North Bobcat, Eunice, was destroyed early Friday morning. According to one of the owners Kim Keohavong, “It was an old building. It appears the roof caved in. I know we did experience bad weather as well.” Owners Kim and Bobby Keohavong rented the building space from Samco Properities. The nail salon business has been open since 2014.
