City clears 11 properties off condemned list

Eunice aldermen cleared 11 properties from the code enforcement condemned list at Tuesday’s city meeting. Five other properties remain on a list to begin condemnation proceedings. Stan Feucht, city attorney, said there were issues with the notices sent to owners of the five remaining properties.

Louisiana State University at Eunice and Ochsner Lafayette General announce a contribution of nearly $700,000 towards expansion in LSUE’s Allied Health programs, the two groups unveiled on Wednesday.
