KLB announces 2025 Circle of Excellence Awards

BATON ROUGE – Keep Louisiana Beautiful (KLB) and Lieutenant Governor Billy Nungesser announced the 34 Community Affiliates meeting the requirements for the 2025 KLB Circle of Excellence.
