St. Edmund’s Jr. Beta Club hosted its annual Christmas Cookie Festival as a service project during the holiday season, bringing together students, staff and volunteers to support a meaningful cause. The event was open to all elementary students and provided a festive opportunity to give back to the community. Proceeds from the festival were donated to the Eunice Food Bank, an organization that supports families in need throughout the Eunice area.
