Carl Ray Martel passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023 at the age of 74. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church with Father Sam Fontana Celebrant. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

Memorial service will be held on Friday, October 13 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Iota, LA for Wesley J. Rachal, age 82, who peacefully passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023 at Southwind Healthcare Center in Crowley, Louisiana.

Charles “Druben”” Hundley passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023 at the age of 76. A Funeral Service will be held at Quirk & Son Funeral Home Chapel at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 with Father Sam Fontana officiating. Burial will follow in St. Louis Cemetery.

Donald Fruge passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023 at the age of 66. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at St. Augustine Catholic Church with Father Keenan Brown Celebrant. Interment of his ashes will be at St. Augustine Cemetery at a later date.
