The following are arrests by Eunice Police. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Friday, Aug. 23 Timothy Stelly, 41, 1400 block of Bergeron Road, Mamou. Probation warrant. Breanna Bullock, 26, 800 block of South Beulah, Eunice. Probation warrant.

6 indicted for 2020 cold case murder of Lawtell man

Six people, including the victim’s own son, were indicted on Friday for the second-degree murder of Joseph Vallian. At the time of his death, Vallian was 66 years-old and was the brother of local Dr. John Vallian, both from Lawtell.
