Eunice man busted in Evangeline Parish

Narcotic agents with Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office, Allen Parish SWAT, and Evangeline Parish patrol units on March 18 executed a no-knock narcotic search warrant at 1023 St. Julien Road, which was the residence of Ricky Chapman.
