Unrestrained driver killed in two-vehicle Acadia Parish crash

On Feb. 9, shortly after midnight, Louisiana State Police Troop I began investigating a two-vehicle fatality crash on Interstate 10 West near Trumps Road. The crash claimed the life of 58-year-old Luvenson Sowell of Baton Rouge.
