LSU Eunice Softball’s Payton Prince and Mylie Elsensohn were named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-South Region Team, the organization recently announced.
The latest version of the Eunice High School Battling Bobcats saw the basketball court for the first Monday during the start of summer conditioning. Some of them also saw the bottom of the trash can due to a little nausea, as the fast-paced practice set the tone for a season that will only be successful if it’s first earned.

The Eunice High School Cheer Team proudly represented their school this week at the SCA Cheer Camp held at McNeese State University, and they didn’t’ come home empty handed. Cheer sponsor Jamie Thibodeaux reported that her squad received a lot of positive attention at the three-day camp and even returned home with some hardware to prove it.
