LaGrange joins SEH softball

By Tom Dodge Sports Editor The St. Edmund Lady Jays have a new head softball coach as Lacy LaGrange has been appointed to lead the program. “I first saw the Lady Jays play when Centerville faced them in a softball tournament in 2018,” she said.

EHS’ Paul Trosclair retires

In 1995, Paul Trosclair replaced the legendary Johnny Bourque, whose Eunice High team had captured the 1983 state championship. Fast forward to 2020 and now Trosclair is retiring with his own 2018 championship ring to cap his storied career.

Fontenot: a coach, father, friend

He was a coach before he was a father, but both are combined to make Wayne Fontenot who he is today. A 1990 graduate of Eunice High, Fontenot returned to be a part of the Bobcat Nation in 2015.
