Shiver excited about Voodoo football rebirth

By Tom Dodge Sports Editor In a clash between rivals, Sacred Heart of Ville Platte grabbed a 64-59, 52-43 sweep Tuesday over St. Edmund. The Lady Jays led 15-13 after the first quarter, sparked by seven points from Jillian DeVillier.

Lady Bengals begin softball season this weekend

LSU Eunice softball will open up the 2024 season with double headers on Sunday and Monday against Southern Arkansas University Tech as the Bengals get set for their fifth season under the direction of Meghan Collins.
