Burglary investigated by Crime Stoppers

Crime Stoppers of Acadia Parish is asking the public’s help to solve a burglary. Detectives with the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office are investigating a burglary which occurred during the night of Jan. 8, in the 2100 block of Grand Coulee Road in northern Acadia Parish.

Multi-parish police chase ends in Rayne arrest

RAYNE - Following a multi-vehicle pursuit Thursday afternoon involving four law enforcement departments, an individual is now in custody after leading law enforcement officers on a high-speed chase through two parishes.
