Auburn looks to contend in SEC West

This is the 12th team in the SEC football previews:
The Auburn Tigers are favored in 10 of its 12 games this season.
But if they really win 10 games, Auburn still has to beat Alabama to capture the SEC West.
The Tigers should win the season opener against Georgia Southern (99 percent chance of winning) but then visit defending champions Clemson (47.5).
A win over Mercer (99.7) and Missouri (82.7) puts Auburn at 3-1 before facing Mississippi State (88.2) and Ole Miss (89.3).

Hogs look to improve in 2017

This is the 11th team in the SEC football preview series:
Arkansas fans are hopeful this year ends like last year started.
The Razorback began the season with a 4-1 record burt finished losing three of the last four games.
But the biggest obstacle to a fast start this year is the Hogs’ schedule.
Arkansas is favored over Florida A&M (99.6 percent chance of winning) but then they face two teams from the Lone Star State and will fall to Texas Christian (36.1) and Texas A&M (38.8).

Sumlin on hot seat in Aggieland

This is the ninth team in the SEC football preview series:
We all know is it hot in Texas in the summer.
There is no place warmer than Texas A&M head football coach Kevin Sumlin’s office chair.
The pressure to improve is obvious after the Aggies lost four of their final five games, including the Texas Bowl to Kansas State.
Sumlin has seen his team go 8-5 for three straight seasons and even eight wins could be a challege in 2017.

Bulldogs not ready for SEC West battle

This is the ninth team in the SEC football preview series:
Mississippi State fans should be thankful for the Ole Miss struggles as it will keep the Bulldogs out of the SEC West cellar.
MSU should win its first two games against Charleston Southern (96.7 percent chance of winning) and Louisiana Tech (80).But the Bulldogs open the SEC 0-3 with losses to LSU (29.8), Georgia (21.2) and Auburn (11.8).
MSU will rebound with wins over Brigham Young (71.9) and Kentucky (55.4) before a road loss at Texas A&M (29.4).

Georgia plans to win East

The Florida-Georgia line is more than a boundry or the name of a country band.
The fine line between winning the SEC East recently has been determined at the showdown between the Gators and the Bulldogs.
Florida has won the last three and captured two straight SEC East titles.
The Bulldogs won three straight against Florida (2011-2013) and Georgia fans hope a new streak starts on Oct. 28.
This could be the first time since 2012 Georgia can have a home-field game at the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
