The United of St. Landry-Evangeline United Way hosted the 13th Annual Women With Heart Luncheon and Awards event on July 28 at the Opelousas Civic Center. The theme for this year’s event was “Education - Past, Present and Future.” According to Ginger LeComtpe, executive director of St.
