St. Edmund Blue Jays competed in the LHSAA Powerlifting State Competition. This year’s competition took place at the Pontchartrain Convention & Civic Center in Kenner. What a season it has been. These dedicated student-athletes put in the hard work, and it truly paid off.

St. Edmund sophomore Reese Fruge took on high school athletes from across the state in the Varsity High School division at the Acadiana Classic. She finished the gymnastics competition, finishing first in the All-Around and winning all four events, even achieving a perfect score of 10 on vault.
