The Bulb and Blossom Club of Eunice awarded its Residential Yard of the Month to Caroline Manuel at 241 Rue Normandie. Currently in bloom providing an explosion of color are her 2000 tulip bulbs in the front garden beds. Also in bloom for Spring are daffodils, hyacinths and crocus bulbs.
