NEW ORLEANS — The Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE), in partnership with Dream Teachers, honored the state’s most outstanding educators at the 19th Annual Cecil J. Picard Educator Excellence Awards Gala Saturday at The National WWII Museum in New Orleans.
