Evangeline deputies investigate home invasion on Old Basile Highway

A home invasion that occurred Monday morning in the Basile area on Old Basile Highway has resulted in an investigation by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office. Once the initial investigation was completed, Sheriff Eddie Soileau provided details to shed some light on the incident.
