Say the word mistletoe, and many of us think of the holiday tradition of receiving a kiss underneath a cluster of green leaves. But if you mention mistletoe to a horticulturist, you might get a different response. That’s because mistletoe isn’t exactly all fun and games.

CDA meeting set for January 6 Court Eunice, 208, Catholic Daughters of the Americas will have a meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 6 in the Jeanmard Hall on North 3rd. Current members are urged to attend and bring a non-perishable food item to assist in re-stocking the Eunice Food Bank.
