Free live music at the Depot Museum
The Prairie Acadian Cultural Center will sponsor free live music every second Saturday of the month at the Depot Museum, located at 220 S. CC Duson in Eunice.

St. Landry Crime Stoppers needs help in solving a homicide in the Eunice area.
On June 19, at about 1 a.m., the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office received a call from Eunice Police.
After just over 30 minutes of deliberation a St. Landry Parish jury reached a verdict convicting Derrick T. Hills of the second-degree murder of his wife, Rachelle Arceneaux, according to a news release from St. Landry Parish District Attorney Chad Pitre.
