Lillie Ann Fontenot passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the age of 77. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Father Sal Istre celebrant. Burial will follow in Mt.

EUNICE–On Saturday, July 31, 2021, Dorothy Frey Myers, a devoted mother, grandmother and friend passed away in the comfort of her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 89. A Celebration of Dorothy’s life is pending.

Melissa Ann Vasseur passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at the age of 63. A Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice. Burial will follow in Reed Cemetery in Mamou.

Based on the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries recommendation, the St. Martin Parish Government has scheduled a drawdown for Henderson Lake in St. Martin Parish to manage aquatic vegetation.
