Virginia Pate, 38, 100 block of N. Simms Street, Simmesport. Bench warrant (2 counts). Arrested by St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Rose Lee Carrier Landry passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at the age of 72. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 25, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Elton with Father Jose Vattakunnel officiating.
A shooting in the 200 block of Gulino Street in Opelousas at about 1:30 a.m. today claimed the life of a 16-year-old male, according to St. Landry Parish Sheriff Bobby Guidroz.
