IOTA~ Pastor James Vernon Cart, Jr, 68, left us unexpectedly on Thursday, August 27, 2020. A Celebration of Pastor Cart’s life will be held on Tuesday, September 1 at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Iota. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Cemetery with Br. William Wesson officiating.

Lafayette – Nicholas Errol Rheams, 35, passed away on August 22, 2020 at his home in Lafayette. Nicholas “Nick” was born on May 9, 1985 to Everett E. Rheams of Eunice, and Yvonne D. Rheams of Maryville, Tennessee. A celebration of life service will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Nathan Trey Chaddick left this earth for his heavenly home on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at the age of 26. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 21, 2020 at 10 a.m. at Quirk and Son Funeral Home of Eunice with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
