Victoria Rideau, 29, 1200 block of Garland Avenue, Opelousas. Bench warrant. Arrested by St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office.
A 17-year-old male has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of Carl J. Vigers, 42, on March 20 in Eunice, according Eunice Poolice Chief Kyle LeBouef.
A 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew has been declared for the City of Eunice in the wake of numerous shooting incidents.
Eunice Police Chief Kyle LeBouef announced the curfew for adults on Thursday and stressed it is not meant to interfere with business activities such as grocery shopping.

Jonathan Mark Wilson, 30, 1000 block of Wilkins Street, Arnaudville. Simple burglary. Arrested by Arnaudville Police.
Jaquez Thomas, 19, 300 block of W. Convent Street, Opelousas. Simple battery, simple assault.
Two people were arrested Wednesday as principal to first-degree murder in the shooting death of Carl Vigers on Monday.
Eunice Poolice Chief Kyle LeBouef identified those arrested as a Leroy Freeman, 21, of the 800 block of South Beulah, and a 15-year-old male.
