Eunice teen faces 4 counts of attempted murder in shooting

Victor Jordan Jr., 18, of the 100 block of Boudreaux Street, Eunice, is charged with four counts of attempted second-degree murder for an April 15 shooting. Jordan is also charged with criminal damage to property.

Eunice man indicted in shooting death

A St. Landry Parish Grand Jury returned an second-degree murder indictment against Leonard James Miller, 35, for the shooting death of Clarence Mitchell, 36. According to a news release from St. Landry Parish District Attorney Chad Pitre, Miller performed an “ambush-style shooting” of Mitchell.
