Freddie Francis, Jr., 68, 700 block of S. Bullard Street, Opelousas. Aggravated second degree battery. Arrested by Opelousas Police.
Joshua T. O’Neal, 30, 200 block of Majors Road, Melville.

Allen R. Thomas, 55, 500 block of East Street, Mamou. Entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden, theft, disturbing the peace, possession of a synthetic cannabinoid, first conviction.

06:46 Caller in the Beulah Gardens apartment advised that her son does not want to go to school.
07:03 Caller and motorist in the 1100 block of Perchville Road needed assitance with unlocking her vehicle.
Acadia Parish Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a sex offender for unlawful use of social media.
Sheriff K.P. Gibson stated Brandon L. Brown, 39, of Iota, was operating a social media account under a fake name.
Brown was booked into the parish jail and bail was set at $15,000.
The Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry (LDAF) Livestock Brand Commission arrested two men in St. Landry Parish accused of stealing horses in Lafayette Parish.
