Driver killed, other driver injured in head-on crash in St. Landry Parish

Shortly after 8 a.m. on Thursday, Louisiana State Police Troop I was notified of a two-vehicle crash on U.S. 71, south of La. 107, in St. Landry Parish. The crash ultimately claimed the life of 61-year-old Debra A. Wunstel of Alexandria.
