The following are arrests reported by the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office. December 9 Travis Leday, 38, 700 block of S. Dupre Ave., Ville Platte. Possession of stolen things, Arrested by St. Landry Parish Sheriff Department. Harlyn James Journet, 30, 200 block of Auburn Dr., Carencro.

The following are arrests by Eunice Police. December 8 Jennifer Gail Schaefer, 41, 1400 block of West Vine, Eunice. Possession of Schedule I CDS, less than 2 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Crowley Police requested the Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations to investigate an officer-involved shooting involving a Crowley police officer on Monday. The preliminary investigation revealed that shortly after 5 p.m.
