Bodies found in lake along I-49 linked to kidnapping

The bodies of a woman and man found in Dubuisson Lake off Interstate 49 north of Washington have been linked to a kidnapping in Alexandria. The female was identified as Lia Ali Kazan, 21, of the 3600 block of Dee Street, Shreveport.
