The following are arrests reported by the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office. Feb. 8 Kelli Mae Richard, 31, 300 block of West Railroad Avenue, Arnaudville. Three counts of aggravated battery, unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Arrested by Arnaudville Police.

Church Point man faces multiple drug charges

A 39-year-old Church Point man was arrested after the Acadia Parish Narcotics Unit and SWAT members executed a search warrant in the 200 bock of Everest Road in the community of Mire. According to a news release from Sheriff KP.

Crowley man pleads guilty to taking videos of sex with minor

U.S. Attorney Stephanie A. Finley announced that a Crowley man pleaded guilty Tuesday to using his cell phone to record sex acts with a minor. Blake Damian Rodgers, 35, of Crowley, pleaded guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge Carol Whitehurst to one count of production of child pornography.

Road by DMV office to be striped

The curve at the intersection of Jake Street and West Ash Avenue will be striped at the first of the week, Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot said. The location is near the Department of Motor Vehicle Office.
