BATON ROUGE – The door has officially closed on Louisiana high school athletes participating in sports for the rest of the school year.

LHSAA has canceled all winter sports championships and all spring sports seasons and championships. Attached is a copy of the memo sent out to all member schools this morning.

Public Restrooms at All LDWF Facilities Closed Due to Coronavirus Pandemic

All public restrooms at Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) facilities are closed due to the coronavirus pandemic, LDWF announced Wednesday (April 8). Included in the closure are restroom facilities at LDWF Wildlife Management Areas (WMAs), refuges and shooting ranges.

The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries has announced the following schedule changes for Bodcau and Woodworth Shooting Ranges for the upcoming Easter weekend: Bodcau: Closed Good Friday (April 10) and Easter Sunday (April 12) in observance of the holidays.
