Emersynn Minix Aysiah Chanta Minix of Rayne announces the birth of her son, Emersynn Kohl Minix, born at Acadian Medical Center on Feb. 23 weighing 5 pounds and 7.4 ounces. Maternal grandparents are Calvin Minix Sr. and Eva Jean Minix of Rayne. He was welcomed home by Ryleigh K. Minix of Rayne.
