Challenges of family cemeteries in Acadiana

There are many family cemeteries in the area commonly called Acadiana. The major challenge to these cemeteries is having caring descendants dedicated to maintaining them.

Central Middle students who earned mastery and/or advanced in English Language & Ars, Math, and/or Science on the Spring 2024 LEAP assessment received a Central Middle School Proficiency and Beyond shirts.

Potential warning signs for breast cancer

Women are urged to report any abnormalities in their breasts to a physician immediately. Breast cancer is the most commonly occurring cancer in women across the globe. According to the World Cancer Research Fund International, there more than 2.26 million new cases of breast cancer in women in 2020.
