St. Landry Parish Sheriff Bobby Guidroz urged the Parish Council to raise speed limits on newly paved roads in the parish.

Rewards flow at Eunice High School’s 20th Renaissance Magic

Eunice High School students had the opportunity to win prizes from gift cards to IPad Airs at the 20th annual Eunice High School Renaissance Pep Rally on Friday in the school’s gymnasium. Prizes included T-shirts, gift cards and much more from local businesses and individual.

Cafe Mosaic owner talks coffee

Ten years ago Nathaneal Johnson opened Cafe Mosaic on 2nd Street in Eunice. The cafe began when he had his first cup of coffee with his father, Joey, who operates Christian Woodworks in Eunice, he said.

Help needed with flood relief group
