The Eunice Food Bank serves the community of many families in need. And its purpose and goal is to continue to serve the needy.
However, at this time Mary Ann Guillory, director at the food bank, needs volunteers to help with moving to a new location.

CROWLEY — After more than two hours of testimony Monday, the various parties involved reached agreement in the harassment and stalking cases filed by Clerk of Court Robert “Robby” Barousse against members of the Stoma family.
A 15-year-old male was arrested for an April 23 shooting that wounded two other juveniles.
The juvenile arrested Tuesday was charged with disturbing the peace, illegal possession of a handgun by a juvenile, negligent injuring and illegal carrying and discharge of weapons.
The Eunice Farmers’ Market opened Wednesday and will continue to be open from 8 a.m. until noon, Wednesday and Saturday.
Available on Wednesday during the Farmers Market were fresh garden grown cucumbers, large and small sizes, small yellow squash and potted plants.
