Fernella West Richard passed away on Monday, June 10, 2019 at the age of 77. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 10:00 AM at St Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice. Monsignor Robert Romero will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice.
