Eunice Police arrests

The following are arrests by Eunice Police. Feb. 21 Toni Cameron, 29, 1400 block of Jacob Road, Eunice. Theft. Robert Miller, 45, address unknown. Felony theft, simple battery, simple criminal damage to property and attempted theft. Chad Manuel, 39, 900 block of North 5th, Eunice. Simple assault.

St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office arrest

The following is an arrest reported by the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office. Feb. 22 Christopher Trent Vidrine, 37, 1300 block of Statesman Road, Opelousas. Bench warrant; domestic abuse battery; possession of schedule II drugs.

FFA students compete here

About 35 FFA students competed in the annual Mechanics Career Development event at the Eunice Career and Technical Education Center on Tuesday. The event is usually held at the Washington Career and Technical Education Center, but this year was moved to Eunice.

Crime Stoppers seeks information about multiple thefts at Lawtell

St. Landry Crime Stoppers and is asking for help in solving multiple thefts at Thibodeaux’s Electric in Lawtell. On Feb. 2, at about 3 a.m. video surveillance captured an unidentified dark colored vehicle park in the parking lot of the post office.
