LAWCO drops boil water advisory for Eunice area

Louisiana Water Company (LAWCO) in Eunice is rescinding the Boil Water Advisory (BWA) for its City of Eunice service area.
Water samples were collected, tested and verified that the water is safe for consumption.
LAWCO reports its water system is back to normal operating pressures and operations.

4 sought in domestic violence cases

Domestic abuse battery is a serious matter that can lead to injury or death. Deputies with the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office are seeking these individuals wanted for domestic abuse battery.
Stevey Renell Bias is a black male, 26 years of age.
