Fascinating facts about feline friends

I have been a cat lover all of my life. I can remember as a young girl having a grey striped cat. Of course, my parents never allowed an indoor cat as a pet, I always enjoyed playing outdoors with my cat. I had pet names for all my cats, some were, Tiger, Stripes and Tom.
I have an indoor feline Callie. She is a 14-year-old yellow-orange and white long hair persian. She tends “to do her own thing,” but I love her.
The following, courtesy of Newspaper Metro, gives some facts about felines. Some facts I was aware of, but others I was not.

Music, singing benefits children

After reading the following, courtesy of Newspaper Metro, I can testify as a grandmother of a near 2-year-old grandson, that music and singing benefits children. Not only the child’s listening, hearing, and dancing skills are beneficial, they love to hear their favorite song over and over and over. haha. Among some of Winston’s favorite songs are the Alphabet song and Old McDonald had a Farm. He tries so hard to sing along and sometimes takes to the dance floor with his own kind of jig. He’s also following suit of his dad by playing his accordion!
