Although it’s a rather strange means of prognostication, millions of people celebrate Groundhog Day, a tradition that is older than many people may know.

Are you lacking energy? There are many days I am lacking that “get up and go.”

A new year is here, and why not start healthier cooking? I have not cooked by deep frying foods in a long time, nor, do I care to start now. I normally try my best to use olive oil versus vegetable oil with cooking different foods, and I do bake a great deal of my foods.

The hidden benefits of water

Water does the body good. I’m a firm believer of drinking water all day and have done so for many years. I very seldom drink a soft drink. I cannot remember the last time I drank a Coca-Cola and having an iced tea is a treat for me.
The benefits of drinking water is great for your body. So, I’m proud to say that I am a water drinker and plan to continue to do so.
