By Tom Dodge Sports Editor Eunice High’s Gabby Mitchell hit a towering walk-off home run in the bottom of the seventh inning Thursday to lift the Lady Bobcats to a 13-12 win over the Mamou Lady Demons. Mamou jumped out to a 6-0 lead in the top of the first inning aided by several EHS errors.

CHURCH POINT – The Lady Bobcats rallied from a two-run deficit, as Eunice grabbed a 6-5 win over the Church Point Lady Bears. With the rain beginning to fall, Church Point (0-1) jumped out to an early lead in the bottom of the first inning before the game was delayed for 45 minutes.
