Fun entertainment at St. Francis volleyball game

After the completion of the St. Francis School eighth-grade volleyball games, the student body was treated to an entertaining afternoon with eighth-grade girls playing against their mothers. Girls won two sets, moms won one set.

Healthy cooking techniques

A new year is here, and why not start healthier cooking? I have not cooked by deep frying foods in a long time, nor, do I care to start now. I normally try my best to use olive oil versus vegetable oil with cooking different foods, and I do bake a great deal of my foods.

Third annual Junior Auxiliary Jingle Bell Rock'N-Run 5K

The Junior Auxiliary of Eunice held its third Annual Jingle Bell Rock and Run 5K on Dec. 1 with a route following Park Avenue. There were 121 participants. The fundraiser’s proceeds will benefit the children of the community through upcoming events and activities.
