The Eunice Players’ Theatre hosted its 47th annual Irving Awards Saturday evening at the Liberty Theater. The productions honored as part of the 47th season included “The Complete Works Of Shakespeare (Abridged),” “The Dixie Swim Club,” and Agatha Christie’s “Black Coffee.

The “Rendez-vous des Cajuns” Cajun Music Radio & TV show Saturday at the Liberty Center at 6 p.m. will feature a performance by August Broussard & Friends. The Liberty opens at 4 p.m. Show starts at 6 p.m. Tickets are $5. Starting at 10 a.m.
