911 ceremony planned In Honor and Remembrance 911 Ceremony will be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Eunice Circle Park. The ceremony is hosted and sponsored by Woodmen Life Chapter 243, American Legion Post 129, VFW Post 8971, and DAV Chapter 19. The public is invited to attend.

Jessie B Road bridge construction completed

The replacement of the bridge on Jessie B Road that crosses Bayou Mallet is completed. Construction on the project began in February of this year. The project was executed to remove the aging cross-drain pipe and to replace the bridge. The $1.

Lane closures planned on La. 3277 from LA 757 to La. 374

La. 3277 (George Soileau Road) will have daily alternating lane closures from La. 757 to La. 374 through Wednesday for asphalt paving operations. The lane closures will take place daily from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting.
