St. Landry Parish School Board President Albert Hayes Jr. read a message from attorney Eric Lafleur informing the Board the deadlines have passed to schedule an election in November. Last month, the Board in an 8-4 vote approved a tax district for the Opelousas High School attendance zone. The zone also includes the Grolee Elementary attendance area on the west s
