Circle park suspect on hold for Tennessee felony

A report of a suspicious person sleeping at Circle Park last weekend led to the arrest of Dustin Gene Abshire, who was found to be wanted in Tennessee on a felony probation violation warrant. Officers with the Eunice Police Department responded shortly before 7:45 a.m.
