Eunice men face multiple drug charges

Two Eunice men face multiple drug charges after the vehicle occupied by one of them was searched by St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s narcotics detectives.

Ronnie Matthew LeMaire, 87, passed away on Friday, April 22, 2023 in a local hospital. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, April 28, 2023 at 2 p.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice.

Deputies arrest Basile man in Eunice bust

St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s narcotics detectives were looking for one man in Eunice, but ended up arrested another on numerous drug offenses. Sheriff Bobby Guidroz stated that on April 19 detectives received information that Calvin Hardy Jr.
