Registrar sending new voter ID cards The St. Landry Parish Registrar of Voters has announced that due to precinct reapportionment and the reapportionment of municipalities and school board districts, voters in St. Landry Parish will receive updated Voter Identification Cards.

EUNICE-It is with heavy hearts that the family of Eugene Thibodeaux, Sr. announces his passing on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, at his home at the age of 72. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 2 p.m. on Friday, August 19, 2022, at Ardoin’s Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice.

Enola Fontenot Janies

Enola Fontenot Janies passed away on Monday, August 15, 2022 at the age of 86. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 19, 2022 at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Eunice with Rev. Tommy McManus officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

Eunice–It is with deep sadness the family of Gregory “Greg” Paul Soileau announces his passing at the age of 74, on August 17, 2022 in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was a lifelong resident of Eunice, Louisiana. A Celebration of Greg’s Life will be held at 11 a.m.
