St. Landry Parish Sheriff arrests

The following are arrests reported by the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Friday, Oct. 18 Corey Ray Ryland, Sr., 41, 700 block of W. Bryant Road, Center Point. Bench warrant. Arrested by St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Evangeline Parish registrar of voters busted

Evangeline Parish Registrar of Voters Ashton Lucas Buller was arrested in Avoyelles Parish, for charges of operating a vehicle while impaired and possession of schedule II CDS. Avoyelles Parish District Attorney Charles Riddle confirmed the arrest and the charges on Oct. 14.

St. Landry Parish Sheriff arrests

The following are arrests reported by the St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Thursday, Oct. 17 Willie Adolph Jones, 33, 1600 block of Amy Street, Ville Platte. Bench warrant. Arrested by St. Landry Parish Sheriff’s Office.
